ROLLER CITY JAX — MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
1. Membership Term
All memberships require a 12-month commitment beginning on the date of enrollment.
During the initial 12 months, memberships cannot be canceled, paused, or refunded for any reason.
After the initial term, memberships continue month-to-month and may be canceled with 30 days written notice.
2. Billing and Payment Authorization
Membership fees are billed monthly to the payment method saved in your Gymdesk account.
By signing this agreement, you authorize Roller City Jax to process recurring payments, including any outstanding balances, automatically or declined payment fees.

Billing continues until a valid cancellation request is received and the notice period is completed after the initial 12-month term.
3. Family Accounts
The parent or guardian is the Primary Account Holder and is responsible for all payments.
Children are added as dependents under the same family account.
Each child receives:
Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared under any circumstances.
Parent Management Membership
The Primary Account Holder receives a Parent Management Membership for account management purposes only when signing up.
This membership does not provide admission or skating privileges.
Parents may skate for free only when accompanying a child who has an active membership.
Parents may not enter or skate independently under the Parent Management Membership.
4. Late Pickup Policy
Parents and guardians must pick up children on time at the end of each session.
Repeated late pickups may result in suspension or termination of membership.
If you anticipate being late, please get in touch with our staff immediately.
5. No Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions, illness, injury, vacations, schedule conflicts, or temporary closures.
6. Behavior Requirements
Members must follow all Roller City Jax rules and staff instructions.
The following behaviors may result in suspension or termination without refund:
Roller City Jax reserves the right to remove any member who jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of others.
7. Emergency Contact Information
Memberships cannot be activated until the account includes complete and accurate emergency contact information.
Parents/guardians must keep all contact information updated through the Gymdesk portal.
8. Check-In Procedures
All members must check in for each visit using their assigned PIN or QR code.
Sharing a PIN, sharing a QR code, or allowing unauthorized entry is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of membership.
9. Special Events and Exclusions
Membership benefits apply only to regular public skating sessions.
The following are not included in membership and require separate admission:

Holiday events

Themed events
-
Lock-ins

Private parties
-
Classes, clinics, or lessons

Any session marked as a special event
10. Auto-Renewal
After the initial 12-month commitment, memberships automatically renew month-to-month.
You may cancel with 30 days written notice after the initial term has ended.
11. Liability Waiver
Roller skating involves inherent risks.
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation and agree that Roller City Jax, its owners, and staff are not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of property.
12. Acknowledgment
By signing below, you confirm that:
